Hmm. My first assumption is something in the design is conflicting or pushing into the space occupied by the wall. Is that a Cloud refrigerator on the other side of the wall? Sometimes the Cloud items load with the image offset from the defined position, and will be ‘conflicting’ with something nearby even though they actually aren’t. Try deleting the fridge and see if it still does it, and if it fixes it, use a different model from the Cloud.
The same thing can happen with 3-D or custom objects, even if they’re set to not display. Countertops, too, if they push into the door trim. They won’t do it every time, but sometimes.
If it’s not any of those things, have you tried deleting the doorway and putting it back in? It’s possible the settings or attributes for the door have gotten messed up somehow.

Agree with the above ^
and is that part of the wall aligned with with the the left half. If the wall is broken up into two parts and aren’t aligned, it may cause this to happen. Try doing it all on one wall or if the right hand wall is separate, right click “move” and reattach it. Hope that makes sense
