Tried 2020 trial, but it’s not working

  hi there. I was going to move on 2020 design platform, but wanted to try it first. So I downloaded 2020 for 30 day trial, installed it and run… But it says that trial license is expired.
  
  how is it possible? I never used 2020 before, I don’t want to buy a license before testing it.
