Hello,
I noticed built-in SketchUp is offering 2017 and earlier models to download in the past few days. But 2020 only supports 2014-2016 model versions.
Is it just me or everyone has the same issue?

It’s not just you!! I have spoken with 2020 a couple of times this week about this very frustrating issue, and the reply I’ve gotten is that they were caught off-guard by the need to stay current with the Sketchup models and were surprised when Sketchup deleted their older, outdated models this week. The official answer is they’re working on it, though I was told by a manager that she couldn’t guarantee that it would be resolved anytime before the release of the next 2020 version/update.

Hello 2020 Design users.
Thank you for your feedback.
It was recently brought to our attention that the latest items in the SketchUp 3D Warehouse are only rendered in 2017 and above models. Unfortunately, 2020 Design only supports up to 2016 model format. We are currently working on integrating the latest library from Sketchup. It will require for 2020 Design to be a 64 bit application. The migration of 2020 Design to 64 bit is currently underway and is planned to be completed later on this year (June/July timeframe) for version 12.0
Please note that according to Trimble (owner of the 3D Warehouse) items you were able to download previously should still be accessible and available in a supported 2020 Design format.
In the meantime we suggest you look for your items in the 2020 Cloud. If you do not find what you are looking for, please make a suggestion for an addition through the following link: https://www.2020spaces.com/2020-decorative-items/
Also, we are looking for participants to pilot 2020 Design V12.0. If you are interested, please sign up through the following link: https://www.2020spaces.com/pilot/
Thank you for your support throughout this phase.
