Diane A
Pilot ProHello,
In addition to Roberto’s instructions;
Before you import the sketch up file to 2020
Open the file
Click the Edit tab, “Unhide”, “All”
If any other items or lines appear right click on them & select erase
After all unwanted items have been erased, go to the Windows tab & select Model Info. Go down to Statistics & Select Purge Unused
Go to the file tab & select Save As
In the Save as type, select sketch up version 8 or under.
If you save the file in a later version you will not be able to import.
Hope this helps!
