  * Close out of 2020 only by clicking on “X” located at the top right-hand side
  * Ensure you do not have the Automatic Cloud logout preference enabled

* Open the 2020 Design Live application on the machine you last signed in to
2020 Fusion Live
* Open the 2020 Fusion Live application on the machine you last signed in to
2020 Office Applications
* All 2020 Office applications and versions
* Disable all internet connections both wired and wireless
* Open the 2020 Office application on the machine you last signed in to
