Log in issues.

      Hi.

       

      I’ve been having issues where I am unable to log in to the 2020 user community from my desktop PC, yet can log in using my mobile devices as I have to write this. I am using chrome as my browser and usually have ad blocker running.

      I have been able to log in previously but now cannot. I have tried pausing adblock to see if that makes a difference but it doesn’t. Any ideas, please?…

      Hi Richard,

      Sorry to hear that! what exactly is the message you receive? Can you try logging in with Chrome in incognito mode? Do any other browsers work?

      Hmmm.. Incognito mode works!

      I don’t get an error message, it just doesn’t log in. Maybe a good old clear out of cookies might do the trick..
