What are the voting limitations?

I have tried voting for a few different designs, and the page refreshes, tells me I can vote, and it doesn’t appear that my vote counts. I’ve tried from a couple of different locations with different ISPs

Are there IP logs, browser conflicts, etc?  I’d really like to be able to participate.

Hi Damien,

Voting is once per hour per design. If you are logged into the 2020 community your vote will turn green. When voting outside the 2020 community, all votes are registered but the voting button does not turn green.
