How do I find/add the Freehand Tool?

  Hi all, I am trying to find the freehand tool (I believe in older versions this was the PolyAdd tool). It is not on the Insert tab where I believe it should be and I can’t see it anywhere in the full list of tools or when I search for it? It would be useful to have for drawing skirting and architrave into my designs.
  
  If anyone knows how I get it or if I need to install an update that would be great.

  The Freehand tool should be in the insert tab as the article states.
