Yes, I have! I had that problem pretty often. It has to do with the login for the cloud service. You’ll probably find that if you close out 2020 completely and re-start it, sometimes it’ll give you the error and not let you log in, and sometimes it’ll work fine. Occasionally, it may even work fine at first and then kick you out after a while.
I went into the internet settings on my PC and changed the default DNS server away from Comcast’s and used Cloudflare’s public DNS server ( 1.1.1.1 ) and never had the issue again. Google’s public DNS server works as well ( 8.8.8.8 ).
Also, Comcast never did admit that the issue was on their end, but I worked with our own IT people and 2020 and we were able to isolate it, so your ISP will probably respond similarly if you reach out to them about it.
