360 Panoramic View Crashing

  when I try to generate a 360 panoramic, it never completes and hangs the program forcing a closure
  
  running design 11.2 on a new hp desk top with intel i7 4GHz quad core, 16G, SSD and NVidia gforce 960
  
  anyone else having issues

  Hi Ed,
  The computer certainly meets the specs!!! Nice machine. The issue might be related to your 2020.net account. Log on to http://www.2020.net and go to profile. Make sure all the fields are filled in and filled in correctly and then give it a try.
