360 Panorama Not Working

      Does anyone have any suggestions? I have owned 2 licenses for the past 2 years and have not had this issue come up until V13.

      With the release of v13, there is a new way of going about creating your 360 panoramic.

      Nope. Creation of the 360 view is the same as previous versions with different features added. I get the error message ass soon as I do step 2, in V13 and V12.

      If you are receiving error messages when attempting to create the pano in either v12 or v13 then perhaps there is an issue with your 2020.net account. For this, I would suggest to contact our support department for assistance with this issue. You can contact us by calling 1.866.697.2020.
