2020 VERSION 11.12

      I updated my design program to version 11.12 and now my catalog tools won’t work.  I have called 2 times and left messages and emailed support 2 times and have gotten no response.  I need help to continue working on our catalogs.  Thank you,  Beth

      I just called again and received an automated response saying they cannot take my call and to leave a message.  I left 2 messages yesterday and no one has responded.
