      Attention Kimball and National users,

Due to recent changes and issue with the Kimball and National catalogs in your 2020 Office software it is recommended that you download the latest versions of these catalogs from your 2020 Account on 2020spaces.com.

If you require assistance downloading manufacturer catalogs from 2020 Account, please review the following instructions on our 2020 Knowledge Center:

How to Download 2020 Office Software and Catalogs from 2020 Account

When downloading catalogs from 2020 Account it is recommended you update your Quick Search index to ensure any new parts added to the catalogs will be easy to find with the Quick Search feature.

How to Update the Quick Search Index in 2020 Worksheet

The latest Kimball and National catalog updates address several issues:

      • National Casegoods (NL2) and National Table Solutions (NLT). All tables that were in the NL2 catalog were moved to a brand-new catalog called National Table Solutions (NLT).
      • Kimball Narrate (KLY), National ETC (ETC), and National Seating (NL1) were missing some graphic symbols with the September version of the catalog.
      • Kimball Cetra Panels (KL5), Kimball Interworks EQ (KLE), and Kimball Xsite (KLX) are in the process of being combined into a new catalog called Kimball Systems (KL3). Price has been migrated, but automation (panel builder tools) has not. Kimball is recommending you design using KL5, KLE and KLX so the panel design tools will work properly. When you move to specify in Worksheet you will want to change the catalog code to the new KL3 and run Update Against Catalog in Worksheet to get your pricing. You may use the Assign feature in Worksheet to quickly change the catalog code of selected items then run Update Against Catalog from the Edit menu to get your pricing. Kimball and 2020 are working together to migrate the automation to the new KL3 soon.
