  I had to revert back to V11 from V12. For some reason, 2020 was crashing every time I tried to place a door. How do I get the files created in V12 to open in V11?

  You can’t..different format.
  
  I have the same problem with a crashing a lot Do you have a virus Or malware program running I found the malware programprogram to be the issue. Uninstall them and try running 2020 again Or re installing it. Good luck

  Like Mike said, unfortunately there is no way to take version 12 files back to version 11.
  
  I would strongly recommend giving us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and having a tech connect to your computer so they can take a look at what is causing the crashing. When a crash is easily repeatable we can usually figure out the cause and fix it pretty quickly.

  Can you import AutoCAD or Revit Files into this Software, or do you have to re-draw your plans from scratch in this program?

  You can import 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings. The program will accept .dxf and .dwg file types. You should also be able to import files from Revit (as long as you save the file as a .dwg or .dxf).

  Thanks everyone. I ended up calling the support line and received fantastic help getting V 12 working properly.
