Can 2020 Fusion convert an Existing Design to a Different Manufacturer?

  I use two main manufacturers and often offer designs from each; I want to know if you can convert a 2020 Fusion design created using one manufacturer to use products from an alternative manufacturer – is this possible?

  Yes it can. Using 2020 Fusion’s ‘Change Catalogue’ functionality, it is possible to create a copy of an existing design and specifically map each manufacturer’s catalogue present to an alternative one of your choice. This can be done for some or all of the manufacturers present, as you choose.
  
  2020 Fusion’s built in functionality will then lead to the automatic selection of an appropriate ‘match’ for all relevant items in the design, based upon predefined rules, wherever possible.
  
  For products which cannot be immediately matched, 2020 Fusion then gives the designer the opportunity to make a manual selection which can then either be applied as a ‘one-off’ action for the new design, or one that can be added to a ‘learning file’, thereby further increasing the automation of the overall process.
