Jessica graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. She has been with Heritage Home Décor & Design for over 10 years. Jessica always had a passion for interior design. She started her career by answering phones and doing small tasks around the office. “I soon realized that the field of kitchen and bath design is very in depth and there was much to learn that was not covered in the Interior Design program.” Today Jessica is a Project Manager. Heritage Home Decor & Design team members work closely together on each project, leveraging one another’s strengths to provide the best customer experience. “I enjoy that each customer is different and with that comes new challenges and learning experiences.” Team member and General Manager, Greg Millen, was the lead designer on this 2020 Inspiration award-winning design. Jessica took his design and re-created it in 2020 Design to show the client what their space would look like.
