During our recent survey, you asked for enhancement in certain areas of 2020 Cloud. We’re delighted to tell you that with the latest update we have addressed some of these issues and laid the foundations for including additional enhancements in future releases. This architectural update was rolled out last week, and instantly and automatically became available for all users – no downloads & no installation required.
In addition to some usability and styling enhancements, the feature you’ll notice most is probably our #1 requested enhancement. Many of you wanted to see a longer period before you were automatically signed out. This was set at around an hour, and quite frankly, we agreed that this was too short. In this latest release we have increased the time out to 7 days, so you’ll find yourself signing in far less often.
